Very poor service.. went there for sim replacement, the person present there told me that within 4hrs the sim will be activated but it is over 9hrs sim is not activated.. when called up airtel customer care they told me sim replacement request not placed at all..

I went there with my problem that I had lost my sim , I wanted to have a new sim card with old no , the airtel employees was there very helpful and fast. They solved my problem in few minutes.

WORST BRANCH EVERDONT VISIT GO ANYWHERE EXCEPT THIS.A lady named shaulikha kundu was very rude. She asked me since how many days the sim I said two days she replied DO DIN AAP KYA KAR RAHE JHAK MAR RAHE THE@Airtel your reputation at stakeZero understanding of customer relationship porting my sim to another company rather than facing such pathetic treatment.

Its has been a pathetic experience with this particular store. Last year August my mom took a new sim, which was actually exchanged with the old sim card as it was not supporting in her new pH, so for activating that sim they took about a week with lots of confusion like they said that the pH is having some issues in the beginning then they said it will be activated in 48hrs but that didnt happened, my mom went to their store several times but there was no clarification. Now after 10months of that sim card it is creating some issues like the internet is not working at all and even calls are getting disrupted, we went to the store again today by 17.30hrs as they informed to resolve the issue, we waited outside the store for about half an hour, then a lady came out and said pls come tomorrow as sim card issues cannot be solved today. This is utterly disappointing.. Team airtel please look into the matter as you have a reputation world wide. Thank you.
