After repeated attempts and multiple threats of bad press and about 4 months later, I finally managed to get $799.66 back. I have been dealing with these clowns for over a year now to have my full refund returned. I still do not have my full refund and probably never will.The worst company that I have dealt with. I told them it was ridiculous for the refund to process for 6 months so another guy named Richard called me to close the dispute opened via Paypal and the refund will be processed shortly.So i closed the dispute not knowing that i wont be able to reopen the dispute against them. Sent couple emails to Richard which i know is not his real name with no response.So dont fall for them and avoid at all cost. I discovered several duplicates. I started noticing local traffic drop and traffic from multiple wierd different countries. my new rep said that he will investigate and get back to me and i request email contact but I have not heard back since i called. glad i only lost 3 or 4 hundred, the frustration was priceless.....

I paid all of my money upfront and I was guaranteed that my new website would be completed within 6-8 weeks or I would get all of my money back by a manager named Nigel(Senior Manager of SEO & SMO). As, of last week I was informed that he no longer worked there. However, that has nothing to do with the past 8-9 months. It is now December 12, 2018, I still have not received my website, along with the blog and seo services promised within the package I signed up for. My project manager is named Michael and I have been asking for him and the overall company to process my refund or to transfer me to the department that can process my refund for the last few months.As a result, Michael keeps telling me that I will be receiving a refund but all he is doing is prolonging the situation and, I know it does not take long to process a refund payment. Especially since I have not received any of the services that I have paid for. This company has caused me a lot of money and I am very disappointed in their professionalism and the way they have treated me as a client. There was even a point where my current website went off line while waiting for them to upload my website and, I had to pay additional money to my current web hosting site to get it back online. Zoom Web Media was informed from the very beginning that my current website was scheduled to expire on 11/15/2018. This gave them more than enough time to complete our contracted services. As a result, I was informed that the website they designed was completed and would be put online and made active prior to the expiration date and unfortunately that was another lie that I had been told. I honestly just want my money back as, I gave this company an opportunity to forfill their promises they made to me and, til this very day they still have failed to do so and I have proof.If anyone else can assist me in processing my refund payment please do so because apparently I keep speaking to the wrong people.

I just got a call from these people and they said they were with Google and started telling my website was not getting on the first page. Then they changed in the middle of the phone call and told me they were Zoom Web Media and that Google would not talk to me. lol Any person making a website knows google has their own system and some guy in India is not going to know the secret handshake to get you to the top. Do not use this company unless you want problems. They scammed me on over $2000. Promised I would be able to operate my site after completed through Wordpress. They lied and use an in house software which isnt compatible with Google. As well the whole process was tiring and tedious. Took them 6 months to make a website which acts as a brochure instead of directing web traffic to my site. In 6 months I have had 2 calls. They say they optimized my site. I was very weary and therefore took it to another developer who showed me with tools that they were lying. I had to continually nag them on basic wording, before and after pictures were swapped and a lack of detail to the whole process. Michael Norried and Nigel have destroyed my faith in this company and any web developer/ SEO team. I will be in touch with the BBB to issue a complaint. This company will be exposed and no one will use them. Spread the word.
