This is fraud company. Do not join this company to ruin your career. They can tell you to leave whenever they feel like and without any proper reason. Your work quality doesnt matter to them, they only want to show their bossism and want that you always oil them no matter what. No work structure, no HR policy, no professionalism, no hierarchy, no salary structure. Everyone will assign you work and treat you like servant whatever be your designation. You need to work in the holidays and weekend also but unofficially if they assign you some work which are not so important. You will not be paid for that & will also not be appreciated. They will not provide you any sort of respect. Worst management. You can think that this a very old company & it will be good for your career growth. But trust me you will be proved wrong by them. I have suffered and I dont want others to suffer thats why sharing my experience with this company.

I have worked with them during my tenures in a Kolkata based reputed Hospital. Their digital marketing sense, delivery and more over forecasting is extremely good. The quality leads we use to get were really useful. But yes you need to be very strong in back end in terms of conversion team who will take the calls and convert accordingly.
