Along with some of my friends went this Park Circus area since we knew that this company is hiring. As we were going to enter a gentleman stopped us & after knowing that we are going to Grapes he showed us what a f*ing company is this Grape Services. Some of the reviews are good but those which are bad had some real points to prove. In one of the review the management did not even care to provide any reason & straightaway asked to leave !!! We thank that gentleman who saved our time & money.

I was ill for 3 days. During all these 3 days I did call them & inform them about my condition. I was under medication. The fourth day I was dismissed from the office under the pretext of my absence. The best part is that they asked for my resignation under personal reason. I have taken it to the labor commission.Im editing this note post this above review (1st March18). Today 10th October the fight for justice ended. No more visiting the labor commissions office. I had acknowledged a letter of intent from this company without any signature / stamp from the HR Dept!!!. Today i realize that it was intentional because they would never face any repercussion from these govt. bodies. That means they can throw anyone out whenever they feel free. For all those who are reading this - if you want to waste your time ... Welcome to GrapeServices.

The training was awful, unorganized and the trainer who is also the operations manager wasnt co-operative at all.The team manager is the friendliest fakest person in the organization, her job is basically collecting information from the agents and reporting it to the ops manager.The quality, I mean the head quality will while away his time by telling you to dispose calls correctly even though it doesnt make any difference, for eg :- why did you dispose an answering machine in No answer? Oh and he will also listen to calls and give you tips on how to take calls correctly even though he cant speak a word right in English.Now, most importantly, the ops manager, well, when I joined, I was told that salary will not be deducted on the basis of sales, so my salary was 15k, I was absent for a period of 6 days and keeping in mind the rules and regulations of the company my salary should have been something more than 9k but then I was told that my salary amounted to 6k and an extra 25% was deducted for performance because apparently sabka deduction huwa hai, toh interview mein jo bola gaya tha sab jhoot hai, so which brings it to 4k. So I worked in this company for a period of a month and 7 days and received 4k. When questioned, the ops manager and the team manager told me about deduction rules that were made up by them on spot.(Edit on reply - I WAS FORCED TO SIGN A PIP WHERE YOU GAVE ME AN UNREALISTIC TARGET, I WAS ASKED TO SIGN THE PIP OR TO LEAVE THE COMPANY WITHOUT PAYMENT, if youre asking an agent to sign a PIP or either leave the company, isnt that forcing them to sign a PIP?PLEASE FOR GODS SAKE STOP LYING, ALSO YOU DIDNT TERMINATE ME, I LEFT YOUR HORRIBLE COMPANY VOLUNTARILY)

They called me after seeing my cv in a job portal, and it was clearly mentioned that I am a Software professional with over 9years of experience. When I asked them in the beginning over the phone,what would be my profile,they didnt say anything clearly. But I mentioned over phone that is it a calling job?then I am not ready for it.They repeatedly called and asked me to come and after I went they offered me the same shift job which required calling and selling.They just simply wasted my time.
