A great place to work the people there are very supportive. They have a lot of projects and various types projects to work on. They will always help you if you got stuck even if it is needed to hire a trainer for you they will do that also.The only con I felt was the salary and thats it. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I REPEAT, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Crescentek were building a site for me for one of my clients. The developer made countless mistakes and never checked that the site was working correctly and even after fix after fix after fix, the site was still not working correctly. I had to spend hours every night checking through the site and compiling long lists of things that were incorrect. I should not have had to do this. They simply could not complete the site to an acceptable standard and the site was not fit for purpose. After many months and many warnings to Crescentek, I finally had no choice but to pull the site from them because I lost my client due to all the problems with the work. This has cost me a client as she is now going to a different company to start her site again. It has also cost me a huge amount of time and money, and it has affected my business and reputation. Crescentek are refusing to refund the money I paid for a job that I cannot use and that my client cannot use because of their mistakes. Instead, they are asking for an additional payment (which they will not be receiving). Shekhar Chowdhury who was my contact and one of the owners of Crescentek started off being very nice and helpful, but now things have gone wrong, he has just passed the problem to Rajiv Bajaj, one of the other owners that handles accounts. Rajiv was incredibly rude and clearly has no idea how to offer good customer service. He even said he was going to contact my client directly to ask for money. Their contract was with me and not with my client and therefore they have absolutely no right to do this. What kind of Mickey Mouse business is this!!! I expect that they will respond to this review and try and push blame on to me. I put my hands up to my client and I causing some delays early on in the project, but apart from that, all the delays and problems were down to them and their incompetent work. ALSO, take note of the negative reviews they have and that the only reason they have 4.5 stars is because the Crescentek team members have added reviews with 5 stars to increase their average!!! I wish I knew that before I gave them a job. Terrible company. Use at your own risk!!IN RESPONSE TO THE REPLY FROM CRESCENTEK BELOW.It’s clear that Crescentek simply do not care about customer service.Yes, they did put the site on my server to view because it was impossible to view it on their testing server because it was too slow. However, we cannot use the site because it was not completed to a satisfactory standard and they know that.Yes, I was made the offer of a free job to compensate for the $1,000 dollars that I had already paid however, I rejected this because I simply could not take the risk on another client’s job of working with such a company again. After I rejected this, they then invoiced for the outstanding $800 on the project. We originally agreed a total fee of $1,800 for a completed and functioning website. The site was never delivered fully functioning. Therefore, I held back the $800.Regarding ‘scope of work’, there was only one point when I was told that something my client requested was not standard and required a third party extension. They told me that they already had the license for this extension and so installed it.This project has cost me $1,000 paid already to Crescentek, I needed to refund to my client the deposit she paid to me, plus it cost me a huge amount of time leading to loss of other jobs. I have gained nothing out of this situation other than a loss of money, time, reputation and most importantly, I lost my client. Yet somehow Crescentek think I have exploited them!!!!!!I have been in business for 25 years and have never experienced such problems. Make your own decision about Crescentek!!!!
