One of the weirdest Westside stores I have ever stepped in. The security guard is standing in a corner, he orders you to go to him to get the temperature checked. He wont move.There were no staff on the floor (330pm Tuesday). I saw a few of them huddled in the fitting room area.. And they reluctantly sent a guy to help... Who was unwilling, to the best of his ability.Managed to pick 6 items from ladies shoe section and home section. And lo. The billing was equally busy doing their own things behind the counter. Someone did oblige us for billing. And wow.. Am surprised how retail is evolving.. Pierced, visibly tattoed, bearded guys are allowed to front-end? Seriously? Also are they allowed to throw merchandise behind the cash tilll that your customers have handpicked?(@ Westside management - May be checking your cctv will give you an idea of what your customers go through) oh wait.. Cctv works in this store right?The escalators are soooooo narrow you will be surprised to see em. I am adding their pics with this review for your amusement.Customer experience like this from a store owned by Tata? Why does every brand takes such a beating when they come to Calcutta?

A nice and decent place for shopping clothes for men,women and kids.

I visited about a week back, their City Centre 2 outlet. Stocks are phenomenal and mostly very ethnic.I did not find any minus point with the place. The only point is that the footfall is very less - may be their choice of location was not proper.

Collections are very very good now... Staffs are well behaved and their suggestion is also very much likely. What i felt personally is price, which is a bit high because of branded products. (Im not much habituated with branded clothes price)

I love all the collections from clothing to bags to makeup and shoes .. their in-house brand quality is amazing , and not that much high cost , its kind of pocket friendly, anyone can buy atleast a single thing from here, now i became a regular customer for shopping over here .

Trust me I would have given 5 stars, but as it was my 1st time am giving it 4 out of 5.Coming to its location, if you are availing by bus and coming from Chinarpark direction or from Ecopark direction you have to make your way to the stoppage Sarchi Signal.Coming to its stock and collection, it has plucked my heed totally. I found the stock of the outfits which I was just looking for and almost hard to find in any offline store. The stocks of the Woman section were also catchy. For me every shopping lovers should atleast visit this store. The quality of the dresses are also good and not too expensive.The only flaw which I have found that most of the time there are no discounts except you have the membership card of them. Either you have to purchase it or you can have it free of costs if your total billing amount is 4k or above. Also the amount of discount is not so attractive.

I purchased a jeans from newtown westside at 19th October 2020. Yesterdy i went to exchange that due to size isseue. The staffs didn’t entertain me though it was an exchange.I lost my bill,But prize tag is attached in the mterial and i have my banking transaction that i paid on 19.10.20 at westside. Iam very much disapoint with your service. Bill can be lost there must be substitute policy to handle your customer. I need your couparation to exchange the product because this is useless fit the size issue.

The new outlet at Newtown, a short distance away from City Centre 2, is bang on the roadside and easy to spot from traffic. Its a standalone outlet, not part of any mall. Its spacious inside, and multi-storied with separate sections for men and women. They have a discount going on right now, so I suggest you head there to get some good bargains on shoes and clothing.The service was prompt, which was a welcome relief because most of these departmental stores have very few attendants.

A fresh, clothing store opens its doors here in Chinar Park, Rajarhat. Spread across 3 floors, a lavish store for those who want to drop dead shopping. There is ample car parking space available. I have always given Westside a priority when it comes to cloth shopping. Its collection is very unique and prices are reasonable too. Its great to have a Westside store in near vicinity to my home.

Well, i am a little partial to Westside. So, i was on my way from Chinar Park to the city via New Town when i saw this huge signage of one of the newer stores. Quite on an impulse, i decided to swing by and take a look. I wasnt disappointed at all!Though smaller in size, across 2 levels, Westside Rajarhat has smart interiors and a great display. I bought flipflops since summer is knocking on the door. The sales attendant was helpful and polite, 2 traits which always work for me.Would have happily given 5 stars but for 2 reasons. One - the delay at the billing counter. Given the fact that there was hardly any rush, i found the wait a bit painful. Two - while driving out, as i pulled out of the parking lot outside the store front, there was no help with navigation and i narrowly missed a car coming out from somewhere behind the building. It was my first visit and i was naturally unaware about the flow towards exit gate. Both of us were at low speed and avoided each other just in time. A scare it was!

Branded clothes in moderate rates. It is a clothes shopping mall by TATA. It has 2 stairs shopping mall. Ground floor is for ladies fashion. And upstairs for gents.Billing can be done one each stair. Extra discount on paying via westside cards.

Very bad parking management, the guards outside are not at all helpful in managing the parking..they simply ask u to move here n there and finally will say no parking available...on escalating they will give u parking.. the way they handled the parking arrangement was very bad and behavior outside guards are not at all cooperative..not good for the brand and will not like to come in such cases...

Recently i visited the store. Though the collections were pretty decent but the price was to the higher side. Since i went during the night so transportation problems were also there. Apart from that it was ok..

Good shopping mall with varieties of collection. To get the location and entry point into the mall is little bit tricky, but it has parking (free) and good collections as well.
