Disappointed!!Bought a royal sofa cum bed in August 20. last month found termite problem under the sofa... I ranged to their main brunch at Kalyani. They assured me to solve it by their technicians but is more than a month ....they dont even bothering...so its a first and last tym purchasing with them.....Very bad customer service.

We are very unsatisfied with their service. We have purchased two products one TV unit and sofa set. Both the items are not upto the mark sofa then also ok we have to do some maintenance but TV unit extremely bad. They have given very bad quality product even alignment of cabinet doors are also not proper. Several times we have called them to provide service within warranty but no one co-operated specially that time manager Rajib Poddar. After that we have decided to never purchase anything from them. After sales service extremely poor.
