I visited there with my mom during Durga Puja. Loved the place. You can see the entrance along with the inside view of this store on the attached pictures.This store is mainly for women’s clothing. But they also sell men’s Panjabi and Shirts but the collection is very poor. So not recommended for gents wearings.Environment is nice. There are separate sofas for waiting which are placed in the center. I liked the orientation.Collection was ok as my mom said. Aadi mohini mohon kanjilal is better for variety of collections.

The place is huge and has some amazing collection of sarees and Lehengas. Its a one stop destination for your wedding shopping. The price is fair enough for the quality of things they provide. The ambience is beautiful and the sales executive are cooperative too. I have bought my engagement Lehenga n jewelry from here and everyone appreciated the look and design. I would surely recommend this showroom to everyone.

I ordered a Designer Blouse by Misti from Keya Seth Exclusive. This was shown in one of the videos uploaded on Sep 23rd, 2020. It was priced at 1790/-. I ordered it on Sep 24th via their WhatsApp group for 38 size. On 25th Sep, I messaged again for confirmation of the order and I received a voice message to pay 1000/- rs advance for ‘make to order’. I paid the amount on that day. On Oct 1st, I enquired whether my blouse is ready and another lady over the phone told they don’t take partial advance and I need to pay the full amount first and then they will process it. I was shocked to hear this and forwarded the earlier voice message I received regarding the 1000/- rs advance payment. Somehow they realized I have all old message details and they confirmed they are processing the blouse for 38 size. On Oct 10th, they confirmed the blouse is ready asked me to pay another 1399/- which makes the total price 2399/-. I sent the screenshot of the episode which clearly mentioned the price of the blouse 1790/. Then they confirmed it was a mistake from their side and asked me to pay another 750/-. Today I received the blouse and shockingly I realized they sent me a size 36 blouse after so many discussions and follow up. This is not at all expected from a reputed brand like Keya Seth. When I tried to contact again this time a new boy picked up the call and informed both the ladies are on leave and he is trying to find the details. Keya Seth needs to make sure their customer representatives are aware of what ‘customer satisfaction’ means. Though the blouse is really beautiful, I will re think before buying another product from Keya Seth because of the carelessness , false claims, don’t care attitude of their WhatsApp representatives. I have all the screenshots, voice message and chat back up of the incident. In this pandemic, we do online shopping only based on trust, if that’s broken doesnt matter what product you design, people will think twice before ordering again.

The environment of the shopping mall is quite attractive. And the collection is unique.. but the price is little high that`s why might not be affordable for everyone. Although I liked that place very much for its exclusive collection.

Not Customer friendly!Very well decorated and very very high priced items. Some of the saleswoman here are more interested in showing off themselves rather than showing their items to you. They do not entertain customers unless you are a regular there or a rich businessman or someone known to them. Natural because they are selling same items with at least 5k more price on a 15k item amounting it to 20k. They are more interested in conducting their modelling and shoot rather than selling. I was first confused whether to take my family here or not by the comments posted on map, precisely because of a comment stating rude behaviour. But I had an excellent experience here at Keya Seth. Quality of products are really fine and they have a huge variety of products based on different ranges. The deals of packages are also reasonable. The staff behaviour and environment are also very good and friendly. They lets you to take photos of the products to share it. You can physically touch any product if you are interested in it. They assists in matching the products for bridal purposes and gives customer friendly suggestions. It was really an excellent experience shopping here.

Staff had horrible attitude. Went to buy bridal saree, and they won’t let you try the ones you shortlist unless you are buying the very same day. How can you decide if you want to buy a bridal saree without even trying it once. Very disappointing!I went to Delhi before this and scouted thr entire market, they would put so much effort in making sure you have tried and you love the wedding outfit you are buying.

For Gariahat outlet: We bought a saree and saw that it had a mark. The salesman, Rajat, guaranteed that it could be washed off. We liked the saree and so we bought it. When we came home, we could not remove the mark and also saw multiple rusted pin marks on the saree. So, we called the salesman and he said he would let us know when there was new stock as there were none that we liked in the current one. He did not inform us, so we called a week later as the new stock was supposed to have come within 4 days. He then said that if we did not like any of the sarees in stock, he would return the money. My mother went to the shop, but he said the money could not be returned. He said he would take her to Kalighat outlet. We had other commitments that day and so it was not possible to fo so. He then said he would bring sarees home and show us but has not turned up yet. Worst salesmen. AVOID THIS OUTLET AND KEYA SETH EXCLUSIVE!!! MAKE SURE THEY NOT TELL YOU LIES AND SELL DEFECTIVE SAREES TO YOU!!!After I posted the review, they contacted my parents and my parents could exchange the saree and get another nice one. The bad thing is that I had to post the bad review to get a satisfactory customer experience. Thanks for solving our problem! Thanks too Google reviews too!

Absolutely horrible shop. Most disgusting sales women and sales manager of the shop is worst. Her behavior is soooo disgusting that u will not feel like talking to her. Noone should go there. The shop looks very attractive but most of the products are defective and when we gave our product for alterations there was no response from the shop regarding the fact that was completed or not. It the worst shop or brand made just for shooting but not at all customer friendly.

This is one of the upmarket places to shop for ethnic wear. They have a wide variety of collection for engagement and wedding functions. They have several floors of ethnic wear jewelry, clothings, sarees etc. A must visit place to buy all high fashion stuff.
