I would like to give less than one star for this company if available.The owner is a big fraud person, he will take money & willnot return back to you, and he will show you one product before making payment, after you pay him then they will send you another low quality product. The employees has been given guidelines for not answering any calls if you been already cheated by the company and no one is going to.listen you if you even beg or cry or anything infront of them, no one is going to listen you at all. Very very inhuman owner KAUSIK MANDAL, if you have need of anything, any product, if you contact this nasty guy he will never say that we dont have, tou just tell him what you dont have in your company.They sent me another low quality product when we have paid him for another quality, my advance payment is still with them and not answering to any of our calls, msgs or mails.I request any top cyber official whi can assist me in this case. Please assist me on humanitarian basis and close their business.

FRAUD!!! BEWARE! This is a total fraud company, we supplied them mixer grinders on the pretext that payment will be made within 15-20 days. It has been more than 1.5 years and they have not made payment. Please do not make any deal with them if you want to keep your money safe. The company owner MR. Kaushik is a very indecent person and will not pick up your calls once you have supplied them with the goods.
