Heritage building of Kolkata from the days of British rule in India. The building is made of wood, even the lift and washrooms. The lift was manual until few years but now it is motorized. The lift admits 3 only.

Never get this insurance done. Its filled with uneducated idiots who are cocky and dont understand anything you communicate to them! Specifically the verification department they clearly dont understand English. The customer service is the worst ive seen!

Very poor claim settlement. Demands paper that even doctors cannot understand. They loose original papers and then harass claimers. There only motive is how to find ways to reduce claim amounts.

The customer help desk is very supportive of you can put your problems across correctly.

Had a pathetic experience, the staff is non reliable causing problem and mental pressure to the patient. Does not pick any call during emergency of bill payment. Harassing the patient. Would urge anybody reading this review not to use their services.
