This LIC office is located opposite of Khadigram Udyog Bhavan in Ganesh Chandra Avenue. It is on the 4th floor and elevators are available to avoid the stairs. On an average a customer spends 30 minutes here. Staff is rude except few. I had to spend more than 2 hrs to pay my premium. You can expect long queues. The payment window opens at 10 a.m. and closes at 3 p.m. Hate their rules because my local office wasnt receiving the payment. I had to travel 20 km and wasted my time, energy and money. #insurance
