I had taken the HDFC life policy in Feb’21 through policy bazaar . Received the policy documents after 6 months of taking policy. After getting policy, came to know that assurance for benefits given verbally through policy bazaar was not correct. I requested to cancel the policy and refund of paid premium. Received short refund to the tune of ₹ 8216/-. HDFC life is not responding for this short refund.Beware of such issue before taking the policy from HDFC life.RegardsKanhaiya

HDFC Life Uday: I want to get details about HDFC Life Uday plan and none of the HDFC customer care no.s are responding or giving proper replies. Everyone is forwarding my case to one another customer care no. and after that no one is responding. This is very bad.

Hi HDFC Life I am force to suicide. but no active response either by mail nor customer service policy 15974315 for payout where every documents submitted.

Very disappointing. Yesterday i went to this branch 3 pm . security told me office is closed and come next day before 2 pm . today i went 12:30 pm n i saw they have notice on the door it saying office hour is from 9:30 to 12:30 pm . any notice suppose to be 2 or 3 days earlier. During this days take half of the day to reached to office. So bad management.

Worst place to seek any kind of cooperation and service, the hospitality of the employees are very poor. Even the Receptionist cum security person is very rude. Lic far much better than this in all respect
