HDFC ERGO IS A FRAUD COMPANY. THEY ARE SELLING POLICY BY PROVIDING FALSE COMMITMENT. AFTER GET CHEATED, U WILL HAVE TO CANCEL POLICY AND WILL NOT GET FULL REFUND. DONOT TRUST THIS COMPANY AT ALL. ALSO, THEY DOES NOT TAKE ACTION AGAINST ANY EMPLOYEE WHO GAVE FALSE INFORMATION. CHEATER CHEATER .I LOST MY HARD EARNED RS 2500/- AFTER POLICY CANCELLATION.

The big buffs of the office feel customer interaction is of negligible importance, so the customer has to rationalize with the janitorial staff.

Probably the worst company to work with. They try to make sure you dont get your claim money and keep paying them the premiums. I would soon move out to National Insurance. They are much better.
