It was a nice experience to visit the place. The service provided is basically as a third party administrator of various insurance companies.

As a TPA of a general Insurence Co. Genins India is not good.

Very rudely attitude and sucks kind of services so far , I have also deal with Heritage TPA and Mediassit TPA they are too much helpful with up to date and well decorated. Very poor mentality kind of company Noida base

No time bound for Disbursement of Claim and taking a long time receiving my claim. Though I found the disbursing amount is settled and sanctioned about 20 days back, yet not been sent to my bank account.Reason is unknown and no reply from your end.
