Does not know how to satisfy a clients needs. Stubborn and unreasonable. An instant thumbs down, if there was such and option. Not recommended for services. Better to choose another insurance agent who are more open to client satisfaction.

Recomposing my previous review.He actually tries to offer a matching solution instead of trying to sell a policy for commission. He listens a lot, hardly talks about his plans/products and gathers a lot of information before even offering a policy. He has a very different approach from all other agents, which is why i bothered to listen to him in the first place. His approach is quite international standard. I gave a few negative responses for not interested in a policy, but his questions were too logical for me to not consider or refute.But for me the best part of him is his sharp sense of humor. Do not get discouraged or off-put by his chirpy and comedic disposition. When it comes to business, he is as sharp as a blade.He is professional, intelligent, honest and damn funny; all in one package. I never thought that buying a term policy would be a hilarious experience. Its like buying a policy from Benny Hill. Recommend!

I had taken a policy from him on March 2020. I got his number then from Justdial, but i could not post a review there.I took a pension policy. I will not elaborate on his professionalism since most successful agents are similar and he is no different. He was quite friendly over the phone and had a sharp sense of humor. Very unexpected from a insurance agent, but he was amusing. Thats the only thing that impressed me enough to take a policy from him. I am a lonely man and anyone who makes me happy and laugh is good in my books.

Nice and friendly financial advisor with very good knowledge about Investments. He answered many of my questions and queries effortlessly. Also got a free Medix case management services with my term plan. Had no idea I would get so much value from just a Term plan. Recommend.

I was just looking for a basic term policy to cover corona for my son. I not only got what i wanted, but also got extra Rs. 5 lakh extra coverage in case of corona claim, and most of all, i got MEDIX free consultation services. I had no idea TATA AIA had this facility. It basically offers free, state of the art consultation for expensive medical procedures and reviews them to avoid rip-off. Premiums are not that costly either, just all right. Whole process was online without any physical visitations from the advisor. I must admit , he is quite tech savvy for an agent.I just wish TATA had advertised these extra services, or else how would we know? I have heart disease and i could have benefited earlier only if they marketed it well.

Got an SIP 12/25 savings plan from him. Very courteous and knowledgeable person. Also quite funny. Had a 30-40 minute Skype video call, and finalized the deal. Processing was lightning fast! In 2 days policy got issued, along with e-policy documents.The review is late but considering i also got a free Medix eligibility, i think i could not have gotten a better deal than this. Sure i am young and i do not need this Medix yet. But since its complementary, its just a value added service for later.
