I ordered for my elderly parents living at Kolkata after seeing good customer reviews and ordered chicken and fish Thalis. it was shared by my parents and sister family and everyone gave 5 stars for overall food quality and service. However I did inform the owner Mr Rudro that the price mentioned in marketing brochure of INR 399 each thali did not state whether it was GST inclusive or GST exclusive and as a good business practice the total price should include GST inclusive prices. Also the Tax invoice needs to be attached in the delivery packet.

Recently I had ordered food platters from F4U for an event and I must say I am more than happy with their service. The food was hygienically packed and was not very oily. Highly recommended for home delivery.

We ordered 2 chicken rolls and 2 panner roll from the restaurant and they lables the panner rolls as chicken and visa versa ,my vegetation family member when ate the chicken roll labled as panner roll vomited for hours ! Very disappointed with the service !!! If you are buying please do check what are you eating! Besides Chicken roll tasted was good and paneer was a bit salty!! I am utterly dissatisfied with the mishap!!!!!!

F4U is the perfect place for tasty & budget friendly platters.... We had taken pure veg platter for puja occasion & were completely impressed.. The platter contained Basanti pulao, veg cutlet, jhuri aloo bhaja, dhoka r dalna, shahi paneer, tomato chutney & papad. Each and every item was quite tasty... Beautiful packed without any spillage.
