Too less choice of flavour… icecream are ok..

It was good having ice cream here. Just the way i like. One thing should be taken care of that is they should have more flavours of the Ice Cream.Rest everything is fine, the staff was very friendly

Quaint lil store at the Ground Floor of The Quest Mall. Easy to locate, bright signs leading to the store. The service was surprisingly delayed due to the crowd. Menu was limited and all the products werent available. The ice cream was wonderful! Creamy and delightful. The flavours were wholesome and Tiramisu was the highlight of the day. The Chocolate Bomb and Eiffel Tower were the best of the lot. Hoping to visit ilthe place soon to try out the other flavours.

It was in my bucket list from last year . Finally I visited this place. We wanted to try the famous chocolate bomb , but it was not available so we tried Chocolate brownie explosion & it melted us.The dessert is a trio of Macadamia nuts, Cookies & Cream and Tiramisu ice cream served alongside a brownie drizzled with rich Chocolate sauce and topped off with whipped cream. .You can choose those three ice creams of your choice. They have a big list of delicious flavours like- Blueberries & Cream, Caramel biscuits & Cream, Pralines & Cream, Dulce de Leche, Summer Berries and many more.. Cost - 721/- (including all taxes) ..Its situated at the ground floor of Quest mall beside Jimmy Choo.Im so in love with this place. They have amazing staff.If youre a ice cream or chocolate lover you must visit this place ❤️

It is definitely overrated. I tried strawberry macaroon. They didnt taste too well. Also, waffle was soft instead of crunchy. I only loved the caramel cookie ice cream flavour.

When you think of cooling yourself think of ice cream and desserts. If its Haagen Dazs there is nothing like it. They have an exclusive outlet in Quest Mall ( Kolkata) where you can have delicious shakes and ice creams with a twist in the taste. Price is bit high but who cares when you want something exclusive. Simply delicious. Just try it . I am sure you will like it.

The perfect desert Parlour. Located ground floor of quest mall. The taste was awesome. May be the price is on the higher side, but the quantity is sufficient for two people even if they are so hungry. The staffs are well mannered.

Its a very good place for having food & spending some time...you can also get SIGNATURE , CLASSIC dishes & many think available in your main course ... variety of drinks & ice cream available to here, you must try caramel crunch ,European fondue thats awesome..but the price is little bit high ...but its amazing

Been to häagen-Dazs a couple of times mostly Delhi. I usually go for their 24 scoop signature fondue , but this time wanted to try their new stuff I ordered one of the new dark chocolate bomb which has 4 miniature scoops of ice cream which we can choose and other thing that I ordered was chocolate brownie shake . Although I called them well in advance for the chocolate bomb as it takes loots of time to prepare the sphere but it still took around half an hour just for the sphere so till the time the shake was getting ready I got the shake . It looked just the picture except the marshmallow was not toasted ( 🙁) but overall the shake was perfectly platted even an gram of anything else would make everything fall apart but the shake was delicious and now about the dark chocolate bomb . The moment the server pored the boiling hot dark chocolate all over the chocolate sphere I could see the whipped cream coming out as the chocolate melted the chocolate sphere in a lump of chocolate. And mind it there is soooooooo much chocolate in it that it’s impossible for 1 to finish it . It was like a meal for meOver allPresentation - 10/10Waiting - 4/10Ambiance- 6/10Taste - 10/10Staff - 10/10

Just not the worth. Its pricey and the flavours are very few Id still prefer others like mamma mia over this.

Well, you can visit this place if you have a fantasy for an American brand and you do not mind burning a hole into your pocket for some delight to your eyes (rather than a treat to your tastebuds)!! Located on the ground floor of the Quest Mall, this place serves some nice desserts! The prices are on a higher side. And thats not even the most annoying part. We had to wait over 10 minutes to place our order, 20 minutes for our order to be served and another 10 minutes for the bill (all this waiting while the guys at the counter were serving 5-6 customers at a time at most). They also charged me a 5% service charge and added a GST even on that (dont know if that is even legal). Well my fascination for this American brand died in utmost dismay! Alas!

Didn’t accept a rs 500 note because it had a red spot on it! Given to us on the same mall. The manager explained that the bank will not accept it. Strange. Ice cream okay. Behaviour unacceptable.

This ice cream parlor is extremely costly yes, but I will recommend you to check out this place atleast once. The quality of those scoops of ice cream is absolutely mind blowing. We tried seventh heaven which included 7 different scoop flavours.Raspberry and Mango sorbet are also a must try. Loved em all ❤️
