Good design recommendations and owner gives ample time to customers. I got my suits stitched before time and they were lovely.Couple of things I didnt appreciate like refusing one alteration at the last moment which we had already discussed on, I also wanted my measurements taken but it was offered at a high price for their own reasons.Overall, my clothes were not messed up and designed good, so I cant complain.

I went to Sarla Creations for my wedding outfits. I got readymade blouses, got my lehenga stitched, got exclusive sarees and Kurtis also. I must say that this has been the best shopping experience of my life. They totally understood what I wanted and even exceeded my expectations. This is a must visit place if you or someone in your family is getting married.PS - All the products were delivered before time

I got my bridal gown delivered in just two days and with the desired fit. I wanted to turn my lehenga into gown but was skeptical since I only had two days. As assured I got my gown on time and I am overwhelmed by the fit and look of the gown. Its just so beautifully done and looks perfect.So If u are looking for a boutique for bridal or designer blouse, lehenga and gown making then this is the perfect place for you.Timely delivery, polite behaviour and innovative ideas for designer wear is what makes this place so unique and one of the best boutiques in kolkata.

Not recommended if you are looking for a designer boutique experience. I got a blouse stitched from here. Stitching was loose and design was imperfect. Loose was of course fixed but I had to live with the imperfect design. I went to her hoping for good design recommendations. But neither did she had any good designs nor a capability to execute a design given by you. At times she will be mean and very unsupportive. I would have got the same stitching from other place at 1/4 of the price that she charged me. She will even try hard to sell her ready made blouses to you.. I had no hurry but yet she gave me my blouse stitched within 2 days. I was extremely disappointed with what I got. But she will force it on you. Only go to her if you are in a hurry and ready to pay 4times for the below average work.

She gives ample time to the customer talking friendly , and giving trials of existing blouses, but never takes your actual measurements so fit is just okay types.One must understand that all body types are different.Rates are quite high for the stuff delivered. I mentioned to her about the rates but she said it is all about the time she gives.She suggested design and provided the fabric as well, both was good, but again very high prices.After listening the rates( cost me 3250 for one blouse), I ordered because I had very less time in hand, and she delivered much before time is a plus point.Just average product , could have got similar stitching from my local tailor only if I had time in hand.

I visited the place with my wife and in the end of the day the experience was not favorable. I must say you are great as a person and your attitude towards the customers is wonderful. But I was also expecting to be delivered great products matching with your exorbitant prices. The blouse I received had bad stitching with loose clothes made in hurry. I was charged 500 RS for one latkan. 2500 RS for one blouse which doesnt fit well.. thats what earned you the 1 star.Future visitors, please wary of places which has only 5 stars, reviews can be bought sometimes. Also ask for rates over the phone before you visit the place.All the bad reviews are getting taken down by this owner using google review policy. I am exactly sure how. But people beware.

She is very helpful in selecting designs and adds a personalised touch for each. The fittings are also really good with very prompt service.

Exorbitant stitching charges of Rs 2500 for even the simplest blouse, Rs 100 to attach a dori (which is complimentary everywhere else).If you have an idea for a blouse, forget about it. She will only make what she feels like and then convince you that it suits you. Cant believe I paid 2500 for a blouse I will never wear. Total disappointment.
