Very nice hotel for staying forBt now, a, days its closed

The location of this hotel is a bit too far from the main roads for someone who is new to the city. Nevertheless, it is a quiet place to stay. The rooms are not cramped, and the room service is quite good. The WiFi is fast and free. Cleanliness is good overall. However, we had a small stain in the bathroom so we called the room service. This goes on to prove the quality of their service cause they immediately sent cleaning service to clean it up at 11 pm.

Very good and comfortable one. Staff is friendly and food is good. Its just that its difficult to find this place so only use Ola or uber to reach this place.

One of the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed. The stairs, rooms, interiors, fans, beds , washroom, everything you see bears a thick layer of dirt and dust screaming to you about mismanagement and non cleaning. The wash room exhaust is dirtier than that of a restaurant kitchen. Linens used by one guest is re used for other guests. You can see strands if hairs in the pillow covers, bed and blankets. Wall pains and floor tiles/wooden work. Dont get fooled by the rating in OYO, it is not worth even one star.

We had our midnight dinner at cafe Swiss. Service was impeccable and the staff was very friendly, well behaved and courteous. Food, needless to say, was really really good. Overall it has been a great experience. Special thanks to Indranil and chef Dhananjay for looking after us.

Pathetic service..No drinking water in room after asking to reception person the reply was given if you required water you should have called us..Untidy room water leakage...

Great place.Very comfortable rooms .All AC rooms with great faculty.One of the best place to stay .But drawback the place has no restaurant.You have to go out n find Restaurant and eat there.There are plenty of restaurant Nearby.All over a great, comfortable and luxury experience

Cable is not operative, lift is not operative, rooms are not clean, breakfast is totally horrible. Can totally avoid stay in this hotel.
