Food quality is very Good. Ambience not that type

I along with my wife visited this place in a Sunday evening. I was surprised when I saw security, wasnt allowed new customer. Just for a curueocity I entered the resturent and find that, half of the restaurant is empty. So I spoken to manager and somehow managed a table for us. We ordered 1 peg drinks along with some food. They serve the drinks after half an hour. With no complimentary snaks, not even give ice. I called the waters and ask for some ice but didnt get any. They serve the food after 1.30 hours. Service is really poor. I find only 1 stuff available he takes the orders and serve the food too. Food quality below average, service worse and rooftop section is closed. My suggestion please avoid this place. Thanks.

Budget friendly place .. not a great ambience to offer but energetic staff members make you want to come back time and again.

The staff behavior is very bad. An employee misbehaved with us when we asked for a container to pack our leftover food and take it home.

Hotel needs proper maintenance.Bedsheets and blankets were dirty(it wasnt even usable) . Even pillow covers were dirty .Instead of replacing used pillow cover with the cleaned ones, they have just cover it with another cleaner pillow cover.Towel was of no use, it was too untidy to use.The hotel attendants behaviour was little bit peculiar and rude , she was literally counting number of people staying at the room when we have already ordered her to bring 4 cups of tea.Hotels elevator has little technical malfunctions, it doesnt work everytime, management should try to fix the problem as soon as possible.Early in the morning, you will be wake up by unbearable noise from the nearby construction site.So its my humble request to the hotel authority to take care of the above issues and take some necessary actions as soon as possible for the well being of the hotel guests.Regards

Hotel 34 Inn has started a new bar in the ground floor of the hotel. The Bar is comparatively cheaper with much choices to make between beer, whiskey and scotch. The ambience of the bar is good. The couples can enjoy a separate family bar. The food is not much tasty.

Atmosphere is very good... We have came here 8 heads..We have ordered Mutton hundi three plates.. All the plates we have received with excessive salty..We have reported the same to the chefs.. But again we have ordered one more Mutton hundy..Same thing happened with us..Request you to plz make your customers happy after getting worst food
