Timing is 10 Am but doctors is coming always 11:30 Am not maintenance time. Plz improved timing

Opd is quite good but the nursing is very poor and the staff does not cooperate at all with the admitted patients. Also, the admitted patients have to take their own care and responsibility until they are done with covid related formalities.

Due to the isolation of Joka ESIC Hospital due to COVID-19 treatment all the patients are advised to visit Sealdah instead of Joka and my personal experience in comparison to Joka ESIC I would say Sealdah ESIC is not that good since the behaviour of the staffs are not at all good and they delays the process of treatment. Besides all the facilities arent available here like ICU and all. Orthopaedic doctors arent available for OPD on all the days unlike Joka ESIC, the cleanliness of the hospital is also not good. Joka ESIC is great in terms of cleanliness, treatment, availability of everything, management.

At least 300 patients related to orthopedic visit every day but esic could manage only 3 doctors out of which 1 doctor name Amal kumar Ghosh (Senior doctor ) loves to gossip in doctors room than listening patient in outdoor and only 1 doctor i.e Deep chakrobarty handling such 300 patients which obviously reduces a doctor efficiency snd patience level..

I went there for my father CATARACT Surgery. The lady doctor dont have mind in her work. She give some diagnosis after I came with the report she give another time without seeing these report. When I said here is all reports u dont see.. And she said oh sorry I think thats for others. She dont have mind in her work. She making chicken over the phone to guide other. This type of doctors have ESI hospital. Shame Shame

WHO NEED IMMIDIATE TREATMENT,& ALSO THEY ARE COMING FROM DISTANT PLACES FROM 50 KM TO 300 OR 400 KM DISTANCE ,WHEN THERE IS NO REST ROOMS OR FOOD PROVIDED TO THIS AILING PATIENTS,THEY ARE GIVEN VERY BAD EXPERIENCE, WHEN IT IS THEIR WRITE TO HAVE ALL FACILITY THE ARE NEEDED,AS THEY PAID IN ADVANCE TO HAVE THESE FACILITIES.ALL THESE ARE POOR PEOPLE ,TO WHOM DOCTOR RECOMMENDED 5 CHEMOTHERAPY, WHICH IS NEEDED URGENTLY, OTHERWISE THEY CANNOT SURVIVE ANY MORE.THIS IS NOT STORY ,THESE ARE ALL REAL FACTS. আমি এখানে cancer রোগীর trietment করছি।এতো দিনে যা দেখলাম বুঝলাম admission এর জাগায় গেটের কাছে staff দের ব‍্যাবহার দেখলে মনে হয় পাটি অফিস বা club ঘর মনে হয়। ব‍্যাবহার খুব খারাপ। আর একটা খুব খারাপ খাবার।
