My induction oven was malfunctioning hence I went to this service center, they changed the PCB (or at least thats what they told me) and returned it to me. I could not test it there as there was no electricity during my visit. Just after one day, the same problems started reoccurring. Gradually, all the modes started to fail including the manual control.I could have asked them again to repair this for free as I had service warranty but I decided otherwise and vowed never to visit that place again. As long as one justifies the bill theyre charging, I would never have a problem but then I wont be running 10 kms every week to use my free service.

Got adequate response, explanation of service, direction to the facility when I called them up. Easy to rich from Kankurgachhi and VIP market.I was told after 5 days of visit that the item I went to get fixed is within warranty and would be replaced. It took 5-6 more days for the replacement item to arrive. The service center kept me posted. Overall, good experience.
They will dispose off your goods without informing you if you do not collect it within 30 days. Dont go to this place, really sad. will escalate it to consumer forum if i dont get my goods back.
I had got my Philips Wired earphone on 1st July by Flipkart but it eventually stopped from one side. I complained to Philips company as it is under warranty period and they mailed me your address. But my home is far. So can I courier you my earphones? or I should come?
Staff is very nice and suportive but its an irrelevant questions yo argue on why didnt the feedback is given 10/9, since its a customer choice, if the staff wanted to improve theres service , they must provide separate sheet of feedback in which the customer can write what needs to be improved as well customer experience in detail (optional)

Earlier they have given the estimation around 240 rupees for Chutney Jar, after 1 day they are saying it will cost around 430 rupees for reparing.If we are going to buy new chutney jar, it will cost you around 475 rupees, So what kind of rubbish service is this, Its clearly indicates that they dont want to repair, just puchase new one.

My last experience in Philips service center is not good, I went there for my trimmer. according to them they will take 150% ext charge to installation charge . And thy wont have GST Bill. If you ask for GST bill they will increase the price of bill. I am not getting way they are keeping two type of bill. and there visiting card is look like black and weight copy past(attached). I dont know they have replaced with original product or dublicat product.But they will always ask you original GST bill. if you have purchased anything through Amazon please ask to seller for original GST bill.

It was a great service in the true spirit of the word SERVICE. My trimmer was not working and I was upset. The representative there checked in thoroughly and it was determined that the charger is faulty. She replaced the charger. As it was within warranty, no payment was required. In most cases i have noticed that the sales guy pitches for sale with convincing body language; but any after sale service seems to be a favour of the service centre. This Philips service centre was exceptional.

Location is quite convenient in between Kankurgachi and Fulbagan. Virtually all Phillips products are serviced here. If the required parts are not in stock they also arrange to bring those and keeps the customer informed throughout while doing so. Charges are reasonable and within limit

Went there to repair my headphone( under warranty) , they replaced it and provided a new one. Staffs were really helpful, got it sorted without any fuss.

I purchased my trimmer online and there its mentioned clearly :parts not covered under warranty-NA. So I visited this service center to get my blade changed as it was not working, kind of jammed. But the receptionist refused to change it and even demanded a rating of 9-10 very adamantly which I was not willing to buy. But afterwards I gave in and changed it to 9 and in disgust walked out from there!!
