Worst place. I requested for a person to take care of my ailing father. They confirmed that they will send someone. But since morning they did not call. I called them at 9 am and they told that the aaya is on her way. Only after 10 am, they are telling me that the aaya did not get my address and is returning back. They did not bother to call and ask me how to come if they were confused with the road. Though my house is very simple to come to. Bunch of liars. If the people dont have any sense of emergency and responsibility, how can we keep such people for taking care of our loved ones. I terminated their service even before it can start. Bunch of liars and callous people.

THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER WE HAD !! REGULAR 10 hrs. BABYSITTER ATTENDED FROM MATRI BHABAN SEBA KENDRA. THEIR BABY SITTER WAS DIRTY, STINKY CLOTHS, ALWAYS IN A HURRY SO THAT SHE CAN RELAX, MOBILE USAGE, AND USAGE OF TOILET OFTEN TO DO ALL STUFF WHICH SHE SUPPOSE TO COMPLETE AT HER OWN HOUSE BEFORE COMING TO DUTY. SHE USE TO GO TO TOILET 10-12 TIMES A DAY. WHEN WE INFORMED THIS TO CENTER ABOUT THIS INCIDENT, SHE REFUSED TO ACCEPT IT & POSED US AS LIARS. WE EXPECTED THEM TO TAKE SOME KIND OF CORRECTIVE ACTION PLAN INSTEAD THEY INSISTED US TO CONTINUE WITH THE SAME BABY SITTER. THEIR BEHAVIOUR IS VERY BAD. RATES ARE VERY HIGH. OFF COURSE WE STOPPED THEIR SERVICE IMMEDIATELY BUT I WANT PEOPLE TO KNOW THIS. I DONT WANT ANYONE TO BE THE VICTIM OF THIS CENTER ANYMORE. I REQUEST ALL TO PLEASE BEWARE OF MATRI BHABAN SEBA KENDRA. DONT BECOME A VICTIM OF THESE PEOPLE.
