Instantly got response from the Customer Care to Replace the old model Glucometer Gluco One BG-02 which was having Lifetime Warranty(working perfectly but its Test Strips are not available in the market since many months) with new model BG-03. The Sales Executive in Kolkata was very cooperative who advised me to send the old one to Kolkata office(he shared address at once on WhatsApp) and upon receiving he will send me the new model without any cost. I just have to bear the cost of sending the old model to them. Ive been using another BG-03 since 1.5 years and a Digital Thermometer since 12 years without any hassles and no battery change required still now. Thumbs Up Dr. Morepen. Keep making such great quality products👍.

I purchased BP-02 bp machine and for some reason it broke ,so i called to Kolkata service center and asked for the repair. They are very humble and told to sent the machine and they sent me by repairing.Good work...Thanks,Aditya Satapathy.
