Good quality sanitary ware and no compromise with the quality

I purchased some bath fittings from this shop. Unfortunately I also paid some advance for some more fittings which they were to deliver as per their qouted price. The day the delivery was to be made they called and said that they wont sell at the quoted price and said that the prices had increased. On protesting I was called to their shop. I asked them to return my advance if they didnt want to sell at their quoted price. The shop owner Nawal did return the advance but not before abusing me in the choicest of words and threatened me with dire consequences as a couple of his staff surrounded me.This he did in front of his other clients. It is unbelievable. I have never seen a shop keeper treat a client like this. If he didnt want to sell at the agreed price it is ok with me. He didnt keep his end of the deal after he got my advance payment.Horrible shop. Horrible owner!! Beware
