Display furniture quantity is too poor, they offer to customer catalogue to choose the item which you want to buy.actualy customer is little confuse about furniture at the time of buy.

Worst Service ever, very negligent, first they delivered me a second hand filthy product , and later they kept on pending my date, before which I finally cancelled and got my refund. On the day of refund they scratched my official complaint form which I had made to Godrej, they didnt have any claim to it but still they did it , which simply describes how deceitful the management is in the shop, that it could provoke any rightful customer to go to the consumers forum

They took the delivery date and promised to deliver it. but then they went back on their words buy quoting a 7 day delivery time. I had to go out of my way to make arrangements for someone to stay at home for the delivery snce i live alone and am a working proffessional. it doent make sense to take leave just so that an almirah can be delivered. I they knew that it would take 7 days to deliver then they should not have quoted a prior date.
