Dont go in auto they are charge you very high coast. You can go in bus in very low coast. Beautiful place. In there Are Derozio bhaban, Nibedita Bhaban are Setuated in Right side of Stand

This temple is very holy place. Many people comes everyday to pray here. This temple have a very awake god and goddesss.

Very few volvo buses available to Asansol. Mostly after 12pm buses are available.its a good bus stand . Taxis and auto metro nearby but shops are not there as such.

Cleaning of garbage and weeds needed in this place. The new East-west metro connected it with better transportation options.

Major junction in the area. Well connected by road facilities. Bidhannagar station, city centre 1, lake town, salt lake stadium and other notable areas can be reached from here. Many long route bus also starts from this place like durgapur, asansol, and south Bengal. Easily noticable under normal traffic condition and a very busy place. During rush hours you will have to wait for really long.

I think sitting arrangements within the premises of bus stand need to be upgraded. There is not enough shedding at all.

Karunamoyee Bus Stand is located inside the city which often makes it the best choice for people travelling to other cities. Both state bus and private buses are available on this bus stand. Location wise it is good and you can avail buses for many destinations. And the karunamoyee metro station will be just beside of it.. But the bus stand is not well maintained, and hard to find some basic facilities like toilet, waiting area etc…

This place has developed a lot since last 5-6 years mainly due to construction of metro connectivity & adjacent metro station. Govt buses of various centers of Kolkata & suburbs are available from here which includes AC, non AC both types of buses.
