This temple is a landmark of the area and a very popular religious place for the local Hindus. Small and big holy occasions are observed here and daily pooja is also conducted, and it is even decorated accordingly. Its usually a peaceful area; its well-maintained and clean. The municipal corporation has provided facilities of a bin for discarding temple waste and a tap for refilling water.
