V.pathetic customer support, they dont bother about customer.Once sold they dont care after tha. Went to exchange one product purchased yesterday but they started saying customer policy of no exchange and etc. I dont understand that why people are tolerating such kind of shops.If a product is unused and if one thing which is not getting fitted at a house and want to exchage for an other product without any money refund what is an harm in getting exchange. Biger brands like them even believe in customer service and support but these people are pathetic.

Had an horrible experience. I went to get quotation and an idea of what hardware fixtures would work for a furniture I had designed. The staff really didnt seem to be interested in showing me there products around and kept on saying that its their company policy to provide quotes via mail only and cant provide rates otherwise.That too when I had a hard copy of the design. If that is the situation where a customer cant even look at the products and enquire about its costing to select why even have a retail store. I was even ready to give my company details and an email id and they just did not bother and in return I was told that since we hadnt had any long term association prior . They will not entertain me unless I get a letter from my office with the header and listed requirment. I have been to other hardware store have never faced such poor customer service.
