I had gone to this salon especially for the treatment of my hair. No doubt the services provided here by the staff was really amazing. They were really very sweet and lovely. I had my keratin done and also hair colouring. The results came out to be really positive and now I am really loving my hair. Thankyou R4 salon. Will be visiting again.❤️

I stay near and we means me and my daughter visiting this place since last 7 years. The good thing with this small salon is that they are updated with the service in the market in compare to their size and strength. Few things I dislike is that the girls are always carrying conversation in Nepali language even when you are trying to relax. There is lady very wonderfully offer pedicure service and for her repeatedly good service I visit the place. But this dark skinned lady gets bullied by the other fair skinned girls who are very arrogant . Over all good service.

I am a regular client of R4 salon i like the services ,especially nail extension i have recommended my friends too they are also very satisfied

So I thought of visiting this salon after listening so much. But the repercussion was terrible. I thought of straightening my hair as I heard they are famous for that and it didnt meet my expectation. They burnt my hair. That I realised after 5days. As after straightening you dont realise cause they set your hair by themselves. The moment I washed my hair after 4days as told by them. It was rough, frizzy and didnt feel nice at all. I mean who does expect that? They took 5000 rupees for it. And it all went in vain. When I complained about it. They completely denied it and and said probably you have not used the shampoo we suggested. You havent washed your hair in a proper way and all that. I bought the exact shampoo what they suggested. You claim to be a renowned salon in the city. And if this is the outcome. I dont know how will you grow. And trust me, if I had a choice of not putting a single star. I would have probably done that. They ruined my hair completely.

I like the behaviour of all the staff, and their sweet smile.Over all I like everything regarding services, ambience.
