The sanitization process was superb and the therapists were polite and follow up of sanitization should be followed by all others.

Therapists are not that highly qualified, but good place to relax, a disappointing fact is that washrooms are really hectic.

Firstly, the lady at the reception, I think her name was Gargi, seemed to be quite unaware of my appointment...I didnt like the way she interacted with me...I didnt feel welcome at the place. The lady who did the message didnt do the message for one hour...It was about 45 min...She seemed to be too mechanical..As if she is doing it forcibly...The human element was missing!! Overall pretty ordinary experience
