Well, the interior is good, equipment and maintenance seems good,but the stuff present during the afternoon session was extremely rude and had a behaviour of boderline demeaning. Given the location of the gym, fee of 1100inr/month may sound cheap but the stuff behaviour makes it worthless.

Great trainer. Debashish is very motivated. Animesh, the owner, works out himself which provides a lot encouragement.Although it does get a tad bit crammed later after dusk.

This place is like a stress buster to me. Its only been a month since I have joined and people have started complimenting.Its a well equipped studio with all the latest equipments and machines. The trainers are extremely helpful and treat each and everyone equally. Animesh Da,Anirban Da and Debasish Da are extremely Friendly approcahble and are dedicated in teaching us the benefits and posture of every exercise. I have stopped taking anti depressant Medicines from the past 12 days and it is not at all affecting me. My mind and body has changed much positively. . If you want to change your lifestyle and see what wonders your body can do. This is the ideal place for you. I feel extremely charged up and motivated after each workout session. If you want to improve your lifestyle, your life, if you want to focus on yourself and be great again, like you have always been then he is the man who will make it happen. He is a quite guy with lots of experience and now he has his own gym. I am his biggest fan and his younger brother, not by blood, but all the sweat I have dropped in his gym has helped me love myself.You dont go to a gym to build your body of your choice, you go there to build yourself and thats reflected by your body.I love that 700sqft of well equipped room with great trainers not because of all the positive changes I see in myself, not because of the fitness that I have achieved in the last 2 months neither do I love his gym because it never reeks of toxic men and their toxic masculinity. But I love the gym because it loves me back. Every evening at 7, my mind and my body come together to do what I couldnt have done with out Animesh bhaiya.Ps.
