A bit small gym but divided three floors which makes enough space for training. Trainers are well learnt and will guide you even if you dont take Personal Training. Good enough to join.

I am visiting the place for more than a year. Location is definitely a positive point for this property. I was a member of couple of reputed brands too and I found the trainers are more passionate here. Instruments are also decent enough, though not the best. Only issue you will find is the space, its a package in small size. I redused one star because of size, else I would have given five. Membership fees are also inexpensive. Overall I found it is value for money.

The environment of the gym is highly conducive. You walk in with a purpose, and you’re sure to walk out as a winner. The coach and trainers are highly knowledgeable and experienced, and equally invested towards your goals. Hands down, the best gym in the city. Highly recommended.

One of the best places to train at, have been trained, coached and built to compete at this gym. Perfect environment, wholesome, nurturing and supportive. Wonderful ambiance for women, and multiple methods of training for all sorts of disciplines.Personally recommend this place to one and all !

This gym is amazing.... Kids from age 10 can also get admission here. All the trainers are very good and their behavior is also very good. I really recommend this gym.

Trainers are really good and they will make your figure as per your wish only if you follow up the instructions as said. They are very friendly and will become like your family members. Quiet a few number of equipments are there . And I thik it is one of the affordable gym in the locality. Only one drawback is that the gym is not quite big.....if at any point lots of members come then you have to wait for your turn to use the equipments....need to co-operate with the other members to alternately use the equipments..and there will be crowding too. Other wise this is one of the best gym in the locality

Its been 6 months and Ive had nothing but good experiences.Special shoutout to literally every trainer there,theyre all full of experience,knowledge,motivation, and are always so upbeat!Not just the trainers, every member out there is cooperative and inspiring.Whatever be the fitness level youre at, the trainers provide equal interest to everyone, theyll get to know you and push you the right way.The management is strong with GREAT discipline.Vineet bhaiya being vineet bhaiya is too good with the ownership, management and being a great trainer, it would be a boon to watch him grow more and achieve what he started for🥰Every trainer has come a long way, and I pray they get there,my contribution to VFA is always gonna be being a part of it❤I dont see it as just a room full of barbells and gym equipments anymore, its all family vibes as soon as I walk in the doors.
