By far the best facility in the town. Super nice trainers. Cordial staff. Overall vibe is great and I have nothing but amazing experience. Definitely recommend them to friends and family.

Gym with all possible modern equipments and experienced trainers under reasonable charge with cctv surveillance.. easily accessible from main road.. 👍 for this. Management is smooth and friendly. Two wheeler and small cars can be parked next to gym which is convenient..

This Gym is THE BEST GYM in Barasat. The trainers are very good and are attending to everyone all the time. The owner visits regularly and is very caring and careful about health and safety of the members. Me and my spouse have joined here and are truely loving the experience. Good work team !!!

Everything was fine and good until and unless I came across the really bad behaviour with one of the Gym authority. A businessman should be polite with its customer no matter what. Deeply disappointed, left the gym immediately. Too overpriced for a gym in such remote location when theres better alternatives around the Station. Rude behavior is the reason why Im downgrading the 5 star to 3 star otherwise the equipment and machines are good.*This is exactly where the service lacks- LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM and you just proved it with your Reply down under. First of all, 99.9% reviews here (including me) were bought/asked for, the owner asked them to good reviews and no attending member would give it a negative review out of courtesy. Just because I had the courage to give the honest opinion rather than Begged reviews, doesnt mean youre spotless. A business doesnt depend on customers behavior but the owners. A customer has various options but a buisnessman doesnt. Plus it really doesnt matter if 99% of your consumers have given positive reviews, just one review is enough to taint the whole buisness image. People dont search for good reviews but for bad reviews to find the real flaws and almost every aware consumer would know Positive reviews are 99.99% fake or bought. The basic buisness instinct- Every customer is important! Thats what MBA degree is for! So it doesnt matter that you have served 9 customers well and 1 customer bad. Even 1 customer counts, and 1 bad review is visible more than 9 good reviews. Thanks.
