I have train since 1year here and i train under my guruji Mr Ajay Sarkar.Here i understand and how to know about the trainning...my guruji help me to know that heavy weight is not necssary for our body, only knows that how to do excess in a proper way..Soul Fitness help u and give u a proper direction about the excess..

Great Gym 🏋🚴💪 . Though you wont find very hitech equipments but the way they train you is awesome. Trainer -Arun da is a great coach, and Ajay da is one of the most great critic in body building . He gets u a very greattbody mantra .These people changed the way of thinking that equipmens dodoesnt make ur body u do.
