Good gym with Steam bath option available. Prices tend to vary as per offers but try to enroll for a long term package during an offer period. Offer periods last for a month and the minimum one can get enrolled into this gym is for Rs 1000/month incl. taxes for 12 months. There is a Happy Hour also from 12 pm to 4 om wherein rates are lower if opting for a long term plan.Trainers are available and in general helpful.

Nice salon downstairs and a good multifunction gym upstairs. Lovely staff. Gym is open all 7 days. Salon is closed on Mondays.

Better than many other gym studios. Well and modern equipments. Lovely atmosphere. Well trained trainers. Superb ambience.

Very polite staff in the gym department who personalise workouts based on your needs.The beauty department is also very helpful. The price of services is quite competitive, considering similar services in other establishments. The operating hours are discontinuous with 2 breaks daily, and the gym is open for only half-days on Sunday, which is probably the only drawback.

My fav is Mithun and his hair spa and massage is awesome 👏 every time I come to Kolkatta- this is the place and person I come for hair spa which includes head massage and it’s the best . Wish u all the best
