Had my first experience today and it was really good. The trainer was friendly and so was the owner. Overall the place is good and totally worth it.

I find the consistent positive trainers, awesome music and participants who take class, create a perfect workout environment.The staff here is incredibly friendly and extremely qualified .I love that they provide parking validation, modern equipments, water and most importantly the same group of quality trainers are there to personally get to know you and push you in the right way. Its a nice and well equipped gym. I feel a little bit air conditioning can make the place a little less hot as a lot of people workout at the same time. Rest, youll have a good time there.

Behaviour of the owner and the trainer are very good..they are very humble towards us...not so much expensive..they give us proper diet chart...it has A.C facilities,, Changing room,and all types of gym instruments are available here....budget friendly gym... above this...I have just lost 2.3kg in just 5 days workout and by following the diet chart...must visit this if you think to join gym for weight loss or gain....Love this Gym ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

A perfect affordable gym in the heart of Baguiati- Chinar park area. The owner and the gym trainer are kind, helpful and very approachable. They never body shame you and give you extra boost whenever needed. The best part of the gym is the amazing atmosphere. Totally recommend it for people wanting to get into shape. :)

Its been 1 week I joined and I couldnt have asked for a more strict and friendly gym at the same time. The trainers make sure you complete your sets regularly, while at the same time motivating you with friendly talks. There is a good level of cooperation among the members as well. The high quality sound from the speakers with freshly updated songs keeps you pumping harder. Rather than skipping gym, I feel like how early can I go to gym. That is the level of spirit the gym instills.

Best place to train ....trainers are too friendly and will get the best out of you...the ambience and infrastructure is very good and the membership prices are too affordable. You get customized diet and training charts which works very fast and I have seen changes from the 1st week itself. You can whatsapp or call the trainers anytime for any query. Anyone who stays near baguiati or teghoria or jyangra , you dont even need to think twice just come and join the gym...Im pretty sure it will be your best decision.
