This is a really great place for work out, the GT are great and they take care of you, help you by explaining all the exercises, and gives personal exercise routine.Overall cleanliness is maintained very strictly, all the machines are sanitized in an interval of one hour.Overall great experience.

Awesome gym with state of the art equipments and knowledgeable trainers. Good locker room with shower facility and a wonderful steam room. Dietician and masseuse available as well. Free parking.

By far my experience in this gym is good but need experienced trainers in the morning slots.

The gym is in good location, The Equipments are updated one and the Best is there is FISH SPA. I will recommend every one.

All things are positive in this gym. Good location, lively atmosphere, new equipment, and knowledgeable trainers. The only drawbacks are that the locker room is tiny, morning group mostly engages in a lot of gossip and chit chat which is more suitable at a tea stall not a gym, and lastly use of cell phones must be prohibited inside the gym because it disturbs everyone trying to focus on their workout. It as I said that the positives outweigh the negatives and I would certainly recommend this gym to friends and family. Cheers!!!

Good spacious gym with all modern workout facilities. The trainers are knowledgeable and cooperative. Great environment and well maintained. Located at one of the prime spots;easily communicable from all parts of the city.For the price ;surely a bang for the buck.Less...Another best part is parking lot. Which is totally hassle free.

After a long time i found MY GYM,,LIVING WELL..specially after a very very bad experience with my previous gym RIVAL 😔..LIVING WELL , very good specious gym,,best part the scenic greenery of golf green through the glass..And RITESH , my trainer , he is just too tooo tooo good at his knowledge, knows whome to train and how !!..his knowledge is just beyond level...me being so irregular (due to my workload) have got a good result just by following what exectly RITESH advises....Guyss its just a toooo good GYM and i am in L😍VE with it ....

Trainer Shreya Sharma in the evening slot is not up to the mark, doesnt provide proper information even after asking 3 times, doesnt give proper attention, also in hurry to finish the session in 35 mins, as there are many members and less space. The reception behaviour is equally rude when i had called to inform them about their gym quality. Spoken to the Manager also, but No apology, No Courtesy, No customer retention service. We were looking at long term, but now will change to other gym. Very poor service, avoid this Gym.
