I would suggest people to atleast take one month trial and then go for packages ... Do not fall for reviews, they are written my the trainer or the owner themselves just to advertise their gym . The owner as well as the trainer(lady trainer) have some behaviour issues. But the gym is quite cheap and if you can avoid unnecessary things then i hope you will like it . Please do not fall for Sugar coated words . No offense , i was just being honest ...Thank you 😊

I am really happy to found such a comfortable place to workout in picnic garden as I had looked around a lot for the gym . But, couldn’t environment for girls to workout . As the life fitness studio have a cozy environment for girls as they also provide the separate timings for girls and the owners @ranjan sir and gym trainers @avishek are really very helpful . They really pay close attention to there gym members and help out with there workout plans too on the same time.

Its been hardly 10 classes i have attended but in this short span i have lost 1.5 kg and inch loss is also visible. All trainers are certified and experienced, Gym is fully equipt, frndly environtment, reasonably priced.Being working Professional its difficult to manage my timings but sir always encourage me to be on time. Ranjan Sir is great motivator too..I am really thankful to Sir for guiding me so well.

This gym is really good. One of the best gyms in Picnic Garden area. It houses good machines and several equipments with many weight plates and dumbbells, its well air-conditioned and has great environment. Good service with a very friendly owner and super clean and comfortable gym for everyone.Now after UNLOCK 3.0 dated 06/08/2020 the gyms have finally opened they are following proper SOPs and maintaining the standard measures of cleanliness and hygiene. I highly recommend this gym.

I had joined the gym about two weeks ago. The ambiance is very nice. The admission process was easy and simple. I would like to thank my trainer Ranjan Sir for guiding me so well. Ive shredded kgs with only Zumba and simple diet provided by the studio itself. Very fun and lively classes. Being a part of this institution for about 6months have given me tremendous results and satisfaction. Much better that expensive classes which offers not more than twice a week.
