If you want to loose weight then this place is yours.

Rooms are dim lighted. Very old gym with 90s instruments. No squat rack, no bench press rack, dip station is dangerous, cardio machines dont work. Old useless weights.They have good place bad the gym badly needs modernisation. Probably the owner doesnt want to invest any more and keep milking what was invested years ago.They charge 1300 monthly. In my opinion it should be 250 monthly.

1.Dark room. 2. No AC just one fan in each room. 3. The trainers are too busy to help you outwith anything especially the lady she was busy wit her phone n kind of racist too. Bad place to go for gym.
