Visited just once for speed post. Experience was good. Speed Post was completely hassle free. There was almost no crowd in a Saturday morning. It took just a few minutes. Location is 20-30 seconds away from P.G. Road. Not a bad location. Bus, auto both are available. Building is bit old. But in ok condition.

Very poor service.they are normally not work properly.in my case they not chek my parcel detail.what kind of service they are privided i am not understand.they are saying you chek yourself.they are only sitting over there not doing any work.

One of the world best worst service providers includes this post office.the staff here is lazy af and is only good at harrasing the customers and denial to provide service. I wish I could actually rate them in negative such like their attitude....

The Post office staff has been harassing us , my mother who is a senior citizen and keeping unwell over a passbook which they are not ready to hand it over. We have visited there at least 7-8 times to collect the Passbook but always had a terrible experience. I am planning to take this complain higher up the Authority. They cant stop to get back our own money. Worst example of Public Servant, they should be sacked.

A post office for the people of topsia and tiljala. they provide good service but the service need to improve.. their post man did not deliver the package to home directly they often call and tell them to take the package from them. needs improvement

Tilljala Post Office is located near Kata Pukur field.Recently has been shifted from Picnic Park nearly 15years ago.The staff of this office is so so.But there is a great tragedy of this office during reinny season when the road gets waterlogged.People of this area face great difficulty and find no alternative.I would request to the authorities to think about the annual suffering of the people and find out its solution. Thanks.
