This is a nayalaya. The cases relating to pension and administrative/ service rules/ matters of the State Government are taken for the adjudication. The head of this Tribunal is Chairman. He is a retired Honble judge of the High Court. Besides Chairman there are Judicial members and administrative members. They are appointed from the retired judges of the Honble High Court and the Administrative members are appointed from the retired Pr. Secretaries to the Govt., Of West Bengal.
