Bank location is good and maneger is good also but only 1 particular staff is not good and he behaves like he is CEO of the bank .

I have no idea about the name Bishakto Sanju. United bank,Agarpara railway station branch(now PNB) is situated in this premises.

Thats a wrong Name. A government Bank is situated in this place. This is a fake name.Agarpara Punjab National Bank is the actual name of this place.

# Most worst customer service.# Bank running with less staff causing unnecessary crowd inside bank. For cheque book, requisition slip can be dropped but forced to wait in que and to submit to a lady executive who is only staff handking customers.# Manager is unable to reply of any problem related bank.

Bishakto Sanju does not exist at all.

The staff do not know their job, misguiding customers and harassing old pensioners.

Branch Manager is exceptionaly a good, efficient & ever smiling helpful person. But he alone cant change the working climate in the branch, unless the team of his other officials working there arouse themselves in the same tune & mentality.

Very bad. Almost never has money. Bank doesnt maintain it properly. AC doesnt work.

The employees are not up to the mark, they dont work well and definitely dont work well barring one or two.

Staffs are not very co-operative as is the case with most of the government banks.
