I have ordered a SS bed, a Rot Iron sofa cum bed, a dinner table with 4nos chair and an almirah from BT Road showroom. Sales person Mr. Sudip Mandal. I have faced very bitter experience and intolerable behaviour from delivery boy Mr Sovan. After paying full payment he have not given any money receipt on delivery. They couldnt manage to put inside the 3 door almirah in flat building premises. I have another flat near by and I was planning to put the almirah in that flat but Delivery person dont want to lessen to me and take almirah return to showroom. Yesterday, I have visited again Steelam showroom. Delivery boy Mr. Sovan in presence of Sales person Mr. Sudip Mandal behaving very badly. I asked them to delivery the almirah in another flat nearby. They ware asking for delivery charges. When I demand money receipt. They denied to give any mony receipt and asked me to pay delivery charges without money receipt.It is horrible. Another thinks, sales person told to me all SS item 10 years warranty and Rot Iron Sofa cum bed 20 years warranty. But in odercopy that was not mentioned.

Good location. Parking space available. Large varity of product. If that item is not there in showroom they will make it from factory. price is Costly and no discount available. Finishing of product not very good but ok.

Fraud shop .. I bought a sofa for Rs 32000 and a dining table set with 27000 taka for six months yet the sofa has not been broken. Not giving a step, not sending a mechanic, not a very bad service. Cheating seems to make their business difficult. EMI bought Bajajs going to cut through the things that are still very bad, so bad and Ill never do again
