Everything is best in the project except completion time. Hope I will get the delivery of flat at least as per the present promise.plese keep the buyers updated about the development.

Invested here with a faith to get good quality flats with amenities as proposed by the builders. Good open space inside. Temple, podium pool, sit out spaces, badminton courts etc proposed. Hope they will appear as expected.Location is promising and on the road. Building planning is interesting.Handover promised on Sept21.

I had a taken a flat because Its a good project, all executive are good behave, location on main DH road, all amenities are choiceable than others, good price and good speedy work which I apreciate.

Its the best affordable high rise building to live in at joka. Its located within 2km from joka metro station. The main highlight is, its on Diamond Harbor road, no need to travel a distance of 500m to reach your flat. Flats are well ventilated and lit properly with 2 balconies. Only one thing which couldve been done is a cupboard cutout in the bedroom which could be a little more useful. Bedrooms and living area is okay. Theres no window in the bedroom but the balcony fulfills the need. Amenities like gym and community hall and etc are available. One thing special is added which I didnt see anywhere is a laundry service. We had spoken with the MD of the company mr Jalan, the gentleman is very polite and generous. All the staffs at marketing are also very efficient and helpful. I hope the project will be completed within the mentioned time period, worry gets minimised because its hira registered.

Not better in the place

NVR Pride is an upcoming project located near joka metro, precisely just 2 Kms from there. A good location choice considering future expansions and possibilities of the area. Good amenities promised. However the project handover date has been extended to post June 2021 because of Cyclone Amphan. All we can do right now is to expect and hope for faster construction. Will keep updating this thread as time goes by until the project is finished.

One of the best project in Joka. Location, Amenities and Price are best in the market.Hope for the earliest completion.
