Bad approach, bad locality and the apartments are too cramped. But obviously these are my personal views and people may find it otherwise. 3 BHK owners, if they need covered parking, have to take down their vehicle to the 4bhn towers for parking at the other end of the complex - phew ! Great arrangement !!!!!!!. Not worth at all. Its all very flashy / gaudy / plastic artificialness involved. You dont get the soothing calmness and serene atmosphere that a home complex should have. I dislike it to the bone

This is an upcoming residential development with hirise towers comprising of 3 and 4 BHK apartments.Well connected and expected to be delivered by mid 2023.Spacious units and well designed with terrace options and 3 side open flats.Good value for money.

Not a great Builder. Mostly they promise the world but do not deliver. The condition of their old projects are also not good. Very bad construction quality and zero accountability.

Liked the idea of open terrace and mirror work but bedrooms are too small and they have created a dedicated place for the wardrobe which is too small. What if I wanna have a big wardrobe!! Moreover bedrooms are not open to the world. Small windows and I have seen the floor plan and the pictures some windows are not gonna open to the air. They will be blocked by a small space where they would put a plant. All over everything makes it average.
