Good infustructure...but there roads are not in good condition

The view and atmosphere was good.But management is poor.Person in accounts department was really rude.And it took long to take just a certificate.

They are very helpful, they help a student with every problem if you dont get understand you will free to talk with them. All faculty members are highly educated and qualified. They are very knowledgeable and the teaching method is modern for easy understanding.Placement record is 100%. College is linked with many companies like Amazon, Flipkart, Uber etc. But the student will need to score well in your exam then students will select from campusing, so score well and get the best jobs in a very good salary.

Nice institution. Its the only university of JIS GROUP. This university provides various type of courses.NARULA INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY & JIS UNIVERSITY ARE SITUATED IN THE SAME CAMPUS. BUT THERE ARE 2 DIFFERENT ENTRANCES.Its easy to reach. One can reach by bus,train, auto. 230(ALIPORE ZOO-KAMARHATI/AGARPARA STATION) passes by this college. AGARAPARA STATION-DUNLOP auto is also available.

A good looking version of a broken down system trying to salvage itself and claw its way through.

Not good admission cell. They will shout at you for money if you throw money they will calm. Sad truth🙃

Absolutely fantastic place to study. Lovely friendly staff that are always on hand to help if you have any problems. Staff are more than qualified to teach lessons. Staff are great if you need any one to one help. I feel safe whilst I’m studying both in and around campus overall would highly recommend to any student thinking about attending the JIS University, Kolkata. Especially Department of Chemistry absolutely fantastic. Faculty members of Department of Chemistry organised NET & GATE coaching here.

Everything written by other users for the University is almost fake though some are true. This University doesnt think for the students. Their administration cell is worst. Lots of students have to face so many problems due to their careless nature. They dont care about you they want all money. And persons here have too much ego so much that it makes the person looks so small with their big dumb, egoistic behaviour. You wanna study here so dont just wait for another year to get into good colleges because knowledge is what you want and from here you will not get that.

Jis University is one of the Universities of West Bengal of the Jis group .It is just located Beside Naurla Institute of Technology one of the engineering institute of Jis group. The University building is under Construction but the Academic at this place has started . The Atmosphere is good and also the environment is good.

A private university,*Location - this JIS branch is located at Nilganj Road beside Narula Institute of Engineering college.It takes approximately 10 minutes to reach there from Agarpara bus stand by toto or rickshaw.*Infrastructure - spacious building containing huge space, some parts are still under construction.Reception area is impressive to look at. We attended Skill-X19 prize distribution programme here, auditorium was nice, but not too big.Bathrooms are not clean, canteen was not very impressive.*Faculty members - of course they are qualified, cant tell much about them.*Management - Their management was quite good, we are glad with their hospitality.

I am studying b.pharm in jis university...the department of pharmacy of this university is the best department also have dept of biotech,cse,bba llb,management...etc..Pharmacy ddepartment and Faculty is rulled by pci.. The hod himangsu sekhar majhi and other faculty members are very helpfull...the advantage of jis university is u can get different opportunites like seminer,events,skillx,rally,science projects etc because of this is university on only a college..all pharmaceutical lab are well equiped..also you get playground,good food quality canteen,double auditorium..and last the 14th floor building gives you a lot of elements of nature and peacefull mind on that moments...

Jis University is a private university, Situated in agarpara. No good restaurants is there nearby the university. Very much polluted area. All kind of dumping waste is done in Agarpara. This university is 10 min walking from agarpara Station. University provide good quality education.
