This is the place where I live..........there quarters are so damaged but I lives here thats why I have to appreciate it.
Worst service provided by staff. No response to calls and emails. I am writing after 4 months of going in circles. They are least interested to see if phone lines are working or in order. No customer service channel to lodge complaints. They have IAS officers in key positions and none of their contact numbers are available. Spmcil s PR team is even worst than others who can never can be contacted. They should be the main escalation point. Typical government office and sad they are least productive.
