Over all stay was good staffs r very cooperative,but the front area of the hotel has pit and rain water accumulating there.Food r not so tasty in the hotels restaurant.

Truly an outstanding, unique and magnificent experience. At the reception the amazing operation manager welcome me with a big smile and a worm words. The room was amazing with fantastic views,they are maintaining a very good hygiene with a welcome refreshment. Food is delicious with an attentive service. The employees taking care of you and looking for you with all their heart.My stay was excellent. I sincerely hope I will come here again sometime.

The room was too small. Around 10feet room was that. We ordered food at 1:15pm and the food came at 3:46pm and they dont have in-house kitchen. And the food was soo bad. No taste nothing was there. Bathroom was too small only one person can fit at a time. How can they charge soo much for a classic room and that photos which were there in the OYO app was not real all fake photos are there. Very bad stay. We suffer alot because of room.

I think this is best hotel in South Kolkata near Forties Hospital. Rooms are very clean. Service and behaviour is too good.

I booked this hotel for two of my team members. This hotel room was fresh and new, however the location is hard to reach. It is very difficult to get to the hotel. As there is no path, you have to walk through mud. The food whilst complimentary was very poor quality and is an embarrassment to the Bengali cuisine. They allowed me to book a room for two people at 1800r per night. On arrival everything was fine and they accepted payment. After one hour when my team said they only have a double bed, not twin. I was told to ring the OYO customer service to book another bed. I called three times and wasted an hour on the phone trying to add another bed to the booking [surely something the hotel could have done]. The call centre told me it was 270r total to make changes. I was charged 1800r extra on checkout for a small mattress on the floor. After paying the additional fee, we were chased down and told we have to pay another 300r for nothing. Absolutely disgusting. This hotel should have their licence revoked. I cant believe they are running a business in the service sector. Terrible customer experience. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Gross misrepresentation of pricing - extortionists. Terrible experience.

This hotel is my worst experience,i checked in on 5th feb the hotel staffs were extremely rude and unprofessional and above all no cleanliness at all..firstly they lied that bedsheets and covers are changed then they said we dont have enough bedshts n covrs..then they brought it from anothr room n while changing they threw the new covers on the floor which was extremely dirty n they were stepping on it n agn puttng the same cover sayng it is clean.. Used towels were lying in the washroom they had shortage of water suddnly there was no watr in the washroom the hotel is pathetic i would suggest nobdy should visit there n spoil the mood..

I would rather not give any star to this property.. worst management...owner doesnt know any thing about hotel industry..very egoistic person.. doesnt know anything... dont go for this property... dont...you will find much better hotel than this...

Well the staff is good and well behaved. The rooms are decent and were cleaned every day. Good air conditioning and WiFi connectivity. In terms of food it still needs to be improved options at breakfast and dinner too narrow. If you are staying for more than a few days you will definitely need variety. Otherwise good place to stay

The best OYO Hotel in EM Bypass. Everything Is near from Malls like Mani Square, CC1, etc to Airport. A good place and very friendly staffs. Only drawback was some rooms are extremely small. A good bed and good lighted rooms.

The hotel is not recommended. Had a very bad experience. The location in pathetic with no parking space.The check in experience was bad due to the rude behavior and the staff kept on inquiring even after providing the valid IDs. The room provided was horribly small and the ac was not cooling at all. The toiletries provided were dirty and smelly. The food provided was totally different from what I ordered and when asked the reason then the satff told that this is what was ordered. I strongly recommend not to book this hotel ever. Oyo needs to review the status and standard of this hotel. Highly disappointed.

Once i get to know that the breakfast is not included from hotel side then i called customer care of oyo ,a lady attend me and firstly told me that i dont have breakfast then i again told her to check the same , then she told me that i have complementary breakfast from 9am to 10am i never face this breakfast timings in oyo and my calling time was 10.30 this basically ruined my limited time experience. Its not matter to pay another 200 rupees to get ala carte breakfast but what about the promise oyo made to me?? Being a trail guest it was not expected. Before check in also i confirm about my breakfast from customer care. I cannot skip breakfast i was happy with the hotel but experience was actually ruined by the untrained oyo call representatives does oyo is concerned about it or not?
