This is my 3rd visit to this Titan Store. Really satisfied with my visit. The staff members are really courteous and gentle. I went there for an eye check up and was counselled by Miss Ashmita Dutta. She guided me with the correct power and specific lens i must be using for myself. All the employees are really helpful and most of all ready with the correct advise for customers. I wish to visit again for my next purchase. Great job by the team. ☺️

The store is just opposite to Ashok Nagar park. The staff is very courteous. They sanitize all the spectacles that you try on before keeping it back in the rack.They also provide free eye testing if you purchase the eyewear from there. The eye testing is of 20 step which gives a very accurate result. The service was also very fast. We got the spectacles 2 days before the delivery date. All in all we had a very good experience.

Staff behaviour is very good and good quality and variety of products. They are genuine people and they suggest the best for the people. I purchased two spectacles and both designs are neat and the lens is clear. Highly recommend this place. Far better than nearby lenskart and himalaya.

I tried TITAN EYE PLUS for the first time and totally in love with the experience.First grade product with affordable price and excellent customer service .My eye test was carried out efficiently and safely by Mr.Saikat and one of the staffs,Arindam,I spoke to was very humble ,considerate and helpful. I had visited this place on 29th Oct, 2020. They have very less collection of eyeglasses. I couldnt find the type I was looking for. Im very much disappointed with this particular showroom of Titan Eye Plus. But, the salesperson over there was very helpful and informative. Please, increase the collection of latest frames. Thanks.

I ordered glasses for my father as he was not able to see properly. Inspite of assurances from staff we would get the new glasses on time before I was to travel, we didnt receive the same. If I had known they wouldnt keep up to their timelines, I would not have ordered from here.

The store is quite spacious and illuminated 😊 The staffs are friendly and very polite. Most importantly patience level was high since I was trying the same eyeglasses again and again but still the patience was kept intact by the staff. My glasses got ready in less than 30mins which was quite fantastic. The explanation regarding about the lenses to be used and caring of the glasses were worth the time. Mr. Arindam was really patient and helped me in showing and explaining about frames. And the optometrist also explained me about the contact lenses and was quite insightful. One should visit here for getting the glasses. The quality of the glasses are amazing😊

The store is good and large.The optician is great. The check up is also better from other places.The frames are starting from about 1300 and you will find a good one at around 2000.The lens are about 800-900.
